Common Questions

When does my box arrive?

Your first box is posted within 2 to 3 business days of subscribing, and every box after that is posted on the day your payment is taken, every 4 weeks. Royal Mail standard delivery usually takes another 3 to 5 business days.

Can I change my teas?

Yes, that's the point! Swap your picks whenever you like. Changes made before your next payment date apply to your next box.

How do I pause or cancel?

Request your secure manage link at the bottom of this page. Update your card, pause or cancel in a couple of clicks. No awkward phone calls, no guilt trips.

Are the teas organic?

We are not organic certified, so we do not sell anything as organic. We buy from a small number of UK importers we have chosen, and we ask about growing and labour conditions before we buy. We cannot claim a certification scheme yet, and we will not say we can until we do.
